随着我国职业教育的发展,中职院校越来越多,导致了原本就很低的入学门槛进一步下降,这也给中职班级的管理工作带来了很多问题。简单陈述了中职班级管理的现状,从配置班主任、健全班级管理模式等方面,对中职班级的管理工作进行了探讨。
With the development of vocational education in our country, more and more secondary vocational schools lead to the further drop of the already low entry threshold, which brings many problems to the management of secondary vocational schools. Briefly stated the status quo of secondary class management, from the configuration class director, improve the class management mode, the management of vocational classes were discussed.
