声音主义是由波兰音乐学家肖明斯基于1956年提出的新术语,用以总结他在20世纪音乐中发现的一种全新的创作思维和作曲手法。然而由于语言的障碍和传播的失当,西方音乐学界对于该术语的研究仍处于起步阶段,甚至还存在着一定程度上的误读。由此,文章对声音主义的产生原因、基本理论及随后的发展做一次较为详细的梳理,并尝试以今天的视角对声音主义进行一个较为完整的、符合当下发展的概念界定。
Sonicism is a new term proposed by Polish musicologist Shawn Minsk in 1956 to summarize a whole new creative thinking and composition technique that he found in 20th century music. However, because of language barriers and miscommunication, the study of this term is still at an early stage in Western musicology, and even some misunderstandings exist. Therefore, the essay makes a detailed analysis of the causes, basic theories and subsequent developments of phoneticism and attempts to make a more complete and contemporary definition of phonetics from today’s perspective.
