目的探讨医用计算机的染菌量,染菌菌种及其分布,研究计算机的物表消毒及清洁,解释职业防护的必要性。方法按照《消毒技术规范》物表采样方法进行随机采样检测计算,应用医用微生物技术进行接种,应用HX-21A细菌分析仪进行细菌培养和鉴定。结果40份采样监测标本有35份存在细菌生长,按消毒技术规范医院感染管理方法规定超标3份(10 cfu/cm2)超标率为7.5%。超标科室为普外重症监护病区,神经内科B超室。检出致病菌铜绿假单胞菌,金黄色葡萄球菌各1株。结论计算机染菌情况严重,必须加强手的卫生消毒,加强计算机的清洁和消毒,认真落实职业防护。
Objective To investigate the bacterial contamination of medical computers, the distribution of bacteria and their distribution, the study of computer table disinfection and cleaning, explain the necessity of occupational protection. Methods According to the “disinfection technical specifications” table sampling method for random sampling detection and calculation, the application of medical microbiological technology for vaccination, the use of HX-21A bacterial analyzer for bacterial culture and identification. Results 35 out of 40 samples were detected for bacterial growth. According to the disinfection technical specifications of nosocomial infection management method, the exceeding standard rate of 10 cfu / cm2 was 7.5%. Out of standard departments for the general intensive care ward, neurology B-room. Pathogens Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus were detected. Conclusion The computer infection is serious. We must strengthen hand sanitation and disinfection, strengthen computer cleaning and disinfection, conscientiously implement occupational protection.
