现代化的教育,要求的是进行创新能力的培养,中国主张科教兴国,进行创新能力的培养,保证中国教育的可持续发展,这一理念成为教育发展的本质特征之一。这成为具有中国特色的教育,是时代的特色。现代大学生在创业的过程中,要想在社会就业中立于不败之地,就要保证教育现代化环境下教学质量不断提高,学生的综合能力不断提高。本文从教学质量的现状,就业基地建设的重要性,毕业生就业实习基地建设提高教学质量的措施这三方面,分析就业实习基地的建设对教学质量的影响作用。
Modern education requires that the cultivation of innovative ability be pursued. China advocates the revitalization of China through science and education, the cultivation of innovative ability, and the sustainable development of education in China. This concept has become one of the essential characteristics of education development. This has become an education with Chinese characteristics and is a characteristic of the times. In the course of starting a business, if modern college students want to be invincible in social employment, they must ensure that the quality of teaching under the modern educational environment will be improved continuously and their comprehensive ability will continue to improve. This article analyzes the influence of the construction of employment practice base on the teaching quality from three aspects: the current situation of teaching quality, the importance of the construction of employment base and the measures to improve the teaching quality of graduates’ employment training base.
