在今年6月由市教研室召集的《上海市普通中小学课程方案》修订初中校长座谈会中,部分校长强烈建议将现行的中考分成水平考试和招生考试两次进行,认为现在初中的升学竞争远甚于高中,有50%不进高中的学生所学内容与他们今后职业发展的教育关联度不强,应该让他们在初中学得轻松些。这种观点实际上点出了目前中考的实质:是一种学业水平测试与升学选拔测试相混合的“怪物”。而“综合运用”这种能力题型的推出,我认为是这两种测试取向摇摆不定之间调和的产物。
