Limberg 等选择 ChildB 期肝硬变患者与无肝病的对照者各10例,研究生长抑素对胰岛素,C-肽、升血糖素及血浆游离氨基的影响。方法是禁食一夜,在安静状况下连续用药三天。第一天生长抑素250μg 静注,然后500μg/h 静脉滴注4个小时。第二天以同量生长抑素与升血糖素45nmol/h 并用。第三天以同量生长抑素与胰岛素11nmol/h 并用。分别在开始用药前与用药后4小时采血。
