随着互联网及其相关技术的发展,电脑、手机等网络信息技术产品得到普及。人们对网络的依存度也达到了一个空前的高度。网络隐私权随之诞生。由于人们对个人信息或隐私缺乏有效的保护,同时也由于公众对一些隐私的求知欲,导致了个人不应公开的信息在网络上的普遍出现,严重侵犯了信息主体的隐私权。本文通过对“个人网络隐私权”的探究,从而提出保护个人网络隐私权的措施。
With the development of the Internet and related technologies, network information technology products such as computers and mobile phones are gaining popularity. People’s dependence on the network has also reached an unprecedented height. Network privacy ensues. Due to the lack of effective protection of personal information or privacy, as well as public curiosity for some privacy, people’s personal information should not be publicized on the Internet and seriously violated the privacy of information subjects. This article through the “personal network privacy” exploration, and thus put forward the protection of privacy of personal network measures.
