纤维连接蛋白(Fibronectin,FN)是广泛分布于体内的一种高分子精蛋白。它具有多种生物学活性,参与纤维蛋白的交叉结合和血小板的粘着、凝集等,在血液凝固和止血方面起着重要作用。在脑血管病变的形成过程中,FN与血栓、出血的发生和发展有着密切的关系,故FN的测定对研究血液凝固系统有重大意义。现已证实,高血压或血小板机能与FN值有关,这可能是脑血管障碍的重要诱发因素,应该引起注意。
Fibronectin (FN) is a type of macromolecules widely distributed in the body. It has a variety of biological activity, involved in the cross-binding of fibrin and platelet adhesion, aggregation, etc., plays an important role in blood coagulation and hemostasis. In the process of the formation of cerebrovascular disease, FN is closely related to the occurrence and development of thrombus and hemorrhage. Therefore, the determination of FN is of great significance for studying the blood coagulation system. It has been confirmed that high blood pressure or platelet function with the FN value, which may be an important predisposing factor for cerebrovascular disorders, deserve attention.
