目的观察创伤性休克兔血浆IL-18的动态变化及鸟苷酸环化酶抑制药亚甲蓝(MB)的干预作用。方法大白兔18只,分为对照组(6只)、创伤性休克生理盐水复苏组(生理盐水复苏组,6只)和创伤性休克MB处理组(MB处理组,6只);生理盐水复苏组及MB处理组测定休克前(T1)、休克末(T2)、复苏末(T3)和复苏后0.5h(T4)、2h(T5)、4h(T6)时间点血浆IL-18水平,对照组测定相应时间点IL-18水平。结果对照组各时间点IL-18水平无明显差异,兔创伤性休克后IL-18水平明显升高,应用MB复苏后IL-18水平较生理盐水复苏明显降低。结论IL-18在创伤性休克的病理发展过程中起着重要作用,应用MB可降低血浆IL-18的水平,有助于创伤性休克的改善。
Objective To observe the dynamic changes of plasma IL-18 and the intervention of guanylate cyclase inhibitor methylene blue (MB) in traumatic shock rabbits. Methods 18 rabbits were randomly divided into control group (6 rats), traumatic shock saline resuscitation group (saline resuscitation group, 6 rats) and traumatic shock MB treatment group (MB treatment group, 6 rats); saline resuscitation The levels of plasma IL-18 in pre-shock (T1), post-shock (T2), post-recovery (T3) and 0.5h (T4), 2h (T5) and 4h (T6) Group at the corresponding time point IL-18 levels. Results There was no significant difference in the level of IL-18 in control group at each time point. The level of IL-18 in rabbits after traumatic shock increased obviously. The level of IL-18 in recovery group was lower than that in saline group. Conclusion IL-18 plays an important role in the pathological development of traumatic shock. The application of MB can reduce the level of plasma IL-18, and contribute to the improvement of traumatic shock.
