2016.7.28全面优化提升生产性服务业,到2020年,生产性服务业对首都经济增长贡献进一步增加,占地区生产总值的比重稳步提高,质量效益明显提升,服务功能显著增强。近日,《北京市人民政府关于进一步优化提升生产性服务业加快构建高精尖经济结构的意见》正式印发实施。这是在“十三五”规划开局之年北京市出台的促进优势主导产业发展、加快构建高精尖经济结构、推动供给侧结构性改革的重要政策文件。以此为标志,北京的生产性服务业迎来了新的发展契机。
2016.7.28 In order to fully optimize and enhance productive service industry, productive service industry will further contribute to the capital’s economic growth by 2020, steadily increase its share of GDP, improve its quality and efficiency, and significantly enhance its service functions. Recently, the “Opinions of Beijing Municipal People’s Government on Further Optimizing and Promoting Producer Services and Accelerating the Construction of a Sophisticated Economic Structure” was officially promulgated and implemented. This is an important policy document promulgated by Beijing Municipality to promote the development of advantageous leading industries, speed up the construction of highly sophisticated economic structures and promote supply-side structural reforms in the “13th Five-Year Plan”. As a sign of this, Beijing’s producer services ushered in a new opportunity for development.
