关于ne－we激光对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤的抑制作用未见报道。本研究采用低能量ne－ne激光照射荷瘤小鼠免疫器官区（脾区），借助激光的刺激效应，来提高荷瘤机体抗肿瘤免疫效应，达到抑制肿瘤生长的目的。方法动物：BALB／C／J＼鼠（从上海中科院实验动物中心购买）共40只，雄性，6周龄
The inhibition of ne-we laser on tumors in tumor-bearing mice has not been reported. In this study, low-energy ne-ne laser was used to irradiate the immune organs (spleen area) of tumor-bearing mice. With the stimulatory effect of laser light, tumor-bearing organisms could improve their anti-tumor immunity and achieve the purpose of inhibiting tumor growth.
