2008年10月28日,中国铁建中铁物资集团改制五周年暨新签合同突破百亿庆典在京隆重举行,国家相关部委,中国物流与采购联合会、地方铁路协会等协会组织,鞍钢、首钢、攀钢、武钢、包钢、中国石油、中国石化等单位以及中国铁建股份公司领导和机关各部门代表参加了庆典活动。中铁物资集团前身系铁道兵后勤部,隶属于世界五百强企业——中国铁建股份有限公司。在解放战争和朝鲜战争时期,参与建成了“打不烂、炸不断的钢铁运输线”;
