为了解决中下段输尿管结石难定位、复打次数多及探讨失败原因,我院自1989年至今应用输尿管导管逆行插管对中下段尿路结石行ESWL术治疗,成功67例,失败13例,取得一定疗效。现就80例患者中失败原因进行回顾分析报告如下。资料与方法 1.临床资料:本组80例病人,男65例,女15例;年龄17～60岁,平均45岁。其中阴性结石16例,阳性64例;右输尿管结石60例。左输尿管结石20例;中段32例(其中阴性8例),下段48例(其中阴性10例)。结石大小0.3cm×0.4cm～1.2cm×
