目的探讨乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法对照组采用复方甲硝唑栓进行阴道给药。观察两组药物对该病的治疗情况,由送药器在晚上睡觉前清洗外阴后推入阴道深部,连用七天为一疗程,每晚一次,每次一枚;治疗组采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊进行治疗,由送药器在晚上睡觉前清洗外阴后往阴道深部推入,同样一疗程为七天,每晚一次,每次二粒。结果对照组、治疗组复发率和总有效率分别为32.4%、14.7%和73.5%、94.1%,两组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎有着独特的优势,不但有着把其他菌的生存繁殖抑制,使免疫力提升的功效,还能是阴道在刺激下产生免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods The control group received compound metronidazole suppository for vaginal administration. Conclusion Lactobacillus vaginal capsule treatment of senile vaginitis has a unique advantage, not only has to inhibit the survival and reproduction of other bacteria, so that the immune system to enhance the effectiveness of the vagina can stimulate the immune function.
