小学音乐教师应具备的基本能力

小学音乐是一门国家规定的义务教育学科,教师必须认真教,学生也必须认真学,这就对教师提出新要求。那么,音乐教师应具备哪些基本能力呢?根据多年教学实践,感悟如下:一、要求有良好的师德小学音乐教师首先要忠诚党的教育事业,热爱本职工作,认真贯彻落实党的教育方针,严格执行九年义务教育教学大纲,按教学大纲所规定的知识目标、能力目标、德育目标,一一认真落实到位。第二,是按中小学教师道德规范要求,约束自己的一言一行,一举一动。
