分别设置了10℃、20℃和30℃3个温度干露条件,比较了不同三疣梭子蟹家系血淋巴酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、一氧化氮(NO)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)等5种非特异免疫因子活性随干露时间延长的变化情况。结果表明,酸性磷酸酶(ACP)指标在3个家系间没有差异,碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、一氧化氮(NO)含量和过氧化物酶(POD)在3个家系间存在着差异,其中一氧化氮含量(NO)可以作为指示家系是否具有耐干露特性的一个指标。在此基础上,进一步探讨了这些差异的原因及在培育三疣梭子蟹耐干露新品种上的意义。
The dry conditions of three temperatures of 10 ℃, 20 ℃ and 30 ℃ were set respectively. The blood ACP, CAT, CAT, Nitric oxide (NO), peroxidase (POD) and other five kinds of non-specific immune factors with the dry exposure time changes. The results showed that there was no difference in acid phosphatase (ACP) index between the three families. The content of alkaline phosphatase (AKP), catalase (CAT), nitric oxide (NO) and peroxidase There are differences among the three families, of which nitric oxide (NO) may be used as an indicator of whether family members have resistance to dry dew. On this basis, we further explore the reasons for these differences and the significance of cultivating new varieties of dry portunus trituberculatus.
