制备平菇母种,一般都采用马铃薯蔗糖琼脂培养基(简称PDA 培养基),其中琼脂是作凝固剂,但目前市场上琼脂紧缺,价格也较昂贵,一些食用菌生产户为了购买琼脂往往四处奔波,不仅浪费时间,而且也造成一定的经济损失。针对这一实际问题,我们进行了马铃薯块直接制备平菇母种的试验。结果表明,用马铃薯块作培养基制备平菇母种比用PDA 培养基方法简便,且具有明显的社会效益和经济效益。现将试验报告如下:材料与方法(一)供试材料菌种为佛罗里达平菇,由河北省微生物研究所引入母种,扩管后供试。选用无病虫害、未发芽的大块马铃薯,洗
