主席、各位委员:为了便于大家研究讨论和贯彻执行中华人民共和国惩治反革命条例及中央人民政府与华东军政委员会关于镇压反革命的指示和决定,并据以检查本省镇压反革命的工作,我仅就山东土匪特务等反革命分子的活动情况,及年来我们镇压反革命活动的工作情况,作如下的报告:一、山东反革命分子的罪恶活动美帝国主义从蒋匪特务等反革命分子,在中国人民面前欠下了深仇血债,是人民不共戴天的死敌,山东人民在解放战争中遭受他们的屠杀和蹂躏是特别惨重的。这些满手鲜血的反革命分子,多未受到应有的惩办。全国大陆先后解放,他们不甘心于自己的失败,千方百计的进行其垂死的挣扎,妄图颠覆我人民政府,并直接的以最狠毒的手段来残害人民,破坏各项建设事业。他们除在慌忙的溃败中布置了大量特务分子潜伏外,并在其退到台湾之后,大批的训练特务分子派回大陆,阴谋暗杀爆破,尤其是在美帝国主义侵略朝鲜和台湾以来,其活动更为嚣张。兹将具体情况分述如下:第一、从过去解放战争中来看:蒋匪曾将山东作为其重点进攻的主
