先天性叶酸盐吸收障碍(CFM)是一种罕见病,患儿于生后2～3个月出现严重巨幼红细胞性贫血。除叶酸外,吸收营养的能力正常。口服叶酸盐或维持肌注叶酸均使巨幼红细胞性贫血很快痊愈。虽然血液学改变很快得到纠正,然而过去报导过的5例中有4例出现中至重度智力发育落后。第5例有抽象思维异常。病例报告 2个月女婴,患叶酸盐缺乏性巨幼红
Congenital folic acid absorption disorders (CFM) is a rare disease in children with severe megaloblastic anemia 2 to 3 months after birth. In addition to folic acid, the ability to absorb nutrients normal. Oral folic acid or sustained intramuscular folic acid megaloblastic anemia are quickly cured.
