家犬每天经６０Ｃｏγ射线全身照射０．６Ｇｙ，照后１０ｍｉｎ肌肉注射ＳＯＤ，连续５ｄ，观察外源性ＳＯＤ对受照射犬外周血象的影响。结果表明，肌肉注射二倍等效量的ＳＯＤ，对受照犬外周血白细胞有一定的保护作用。
The dogs were exposed to 60 Gy per day with 60 Gy gamma rays, and intramuscularly injected with SOD at 10 min after irradiation for 5 consecutive days. The effects of exogenous SOD on the peripheral blood of irradiated dogs were observed. The results showed that intramuscular injection of twice the equivalent amount of SOD, the canine peripheral white blood cells have a protective effect.
