研究表明,铅能够通过胎盘和乳汁传递至子代;母体血铅与胎儿脐带血铅呈明显正相关;乳儿铅危害程度随母体乳汁铅含量而增加。然而,对于胎盘的铅屏障作用强度看法仍有分歧;并且母体铅经乳汁传递的时间规律研究的报道也极少。为此,本文应用恒河猴进行实验观察,以进一步阐明铅经胎盘、乳汁传递的规律和作用。
Studies have shown that lead can pass through the placenta and milk to offspring; maternal blood lead and fetal umbilical cord blood lead was positively correlated; infant lead levels with the increase of lead in milk. However, there is still a disagreement on the role of the placenta in the action of lead barriers and there are few reports of studies on the time course of maternal lead via milk delivery. To this end, the paper applied rhesus monkey experimental observation to further clarify the rules and effects of lead through the placenta, milk delivery.
