以软件Thermo-Calc所得到的热力学参数为基础 ,并考虑变形存储能的影响 ,编制了一个奥氏体连续冷却相变分析程序。它可用于预测奥氏体非再结晶区变形和以不同冷却速率冷却时的转变过程及最终组织。利用这一程序的计算结果与实验数据比较吻合
Based on the thermodynamic parameters obtained from the software Thermo-Calc and taking into account the effect of deformation storage energy, a procedure for the analysis of austenite continuous cooling transformation was developed. It can be used to predict the transformation and final organization of austenite non-recrystallization zone deformation and cooling at different cooling rates. The calculation results using this procedure are in good agreement with the experimental data
