随着闵行区社会经济的发展,职业技能培训对推动闵行区的劳动力就业发挥着越来越重要的作用。尽管近年来职业技能培训特别是农民工培训取得了较大的发展,但总的来看,在培训过程中“冷、散、僵”的情况,在许多培训机构还不同程度地存在着。为此,须进一步加强组织领导,完善扶持政策和管理机制,不断拓展培训内涵等,才能有效促进职业技能培训的顺利开展,提升农民工培训的质量和水平。
With the socio-economic development of Minhang District, vocational skills training plays an increasingly important role in promoting employment in Minhang District. In spite of the great development of vocational skills training, especially that of migrant workers, in recent years, in the training process, the situation of “cold, loose and stiff” has existed to a great extent in many training institutions . To this end, we must further strengthen organizational leadership, improve support policies and management mechanisms, and continuously expand the training content, etc., in order to effectively promote the smooth development of vocational skills training and improve the quality and level of training of migrant workers.
