历史街区建筑美化工程效果的比较研究——以长沙市为例

建筑美化工程是我国城市历史街区常常采取的改造形式之一。本文以长沙市为例,对历史街区建筑美化工程竣工时与竣工十年后效果进行了对比分析,对建筑美化工程与同时期施工的整体改造工程进行了比较研究,指出建筑美化工程造价较低,施工时间短,宏观效果好,具有较好的短期效益,但容易老化和损坏,不利于历史街区的长远保护。

Building beautification project is one of the transformation forms often taken by urban historical blocks in our country. Taking Changsha City as an example, this paper compares and contrasts the effects of the completion of the construction of historic buildings and the ten years after the completion of the construction. The comparative study on the overall renovation of the construction and beautification works and the simultaneous construction shows that the cost of the construction and beautification works is relatively low , Short construction time, good macro effect, good short-term benefits, but easy to aging and damage, is not conducive to the long-term protection of historic blocks.
