在水文勘测、监督、情报预报、水资源评价、实验及咨询服务过程中形成的有价值的原始记录即是水文档案,属于国家科技的一种。在当前水文事业快速发展过程中,水文档案在当前社会经济发展过程中的作用越来越突显出来,而且也取得了较好的成果。但在当前基层水文档案工作中仍然存在一些不足之处,因此需要加强对基层水文档案的规范化管理。从基层水文档案概述入手,对基层水文档案管理中存在的问题进行了分析,并进一步加强基层水文档案规范化管理的举措进行了具体的阐述。
The valuable original records formed in hydrological survey, supervision, intelligence forecast, water resources evaluation, experiment and consulting services are hydrological archives and belong to a national science and technology category. In the current rapid development of hydrological undertakings, the role of hydrological archives in the current social and economic development has become increasingly prominent, and also achieved good results. However, there are still some shortcomings in the work of grassroots hydrological archives at present. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the standardized management of grassroots hydrological archives. Beginning with an overview of grassroots hydrological archives, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the management of grassroots hydrological archives and further elaborates the measures to further standardize the management of grassroots hydrological archives.
