近年来,由于用工形式更加灵活,非在编职工的人数急剧增加,已达总人数的一半。非在编是医院中思想最不稳定的群体,非在编思想状况及反映在工作中的状态,对医院工作的影响是比较大的。为了进一步了解在新的形势下,非在编职工发展需要及目前非在编职工的工作状态,工作动机、思想状态。从而更加科学合理、准确的制定政策,为非在编职业生涯发展提供努力的方向,从而促进非在编职工的成长和队伍整体水平的提升。为此,我们对其进行了思想状况调查。调查结果是:非在编的思想状况总体是积极向上的,同时也存在一些问题。我们要坚持一个宗旨,抓住两个根本,打造三个环境,以引导非在编积极地投身到医院的改革与建设中来。
In recent years, due to the more flexible employment pattern, the number of non-staff workers has increased sharply, reaching half of the total number. Non-editorial organizations in hospitals is the most unstable group, not in the state of thinking and reflected in the work of the state, the impact of the hospital work is relatively large. In order to understand more about the development needs of non-staff workers and the work status, work motivation and ideological status of non-staff workers currently under development in the new situation, So as to formulate policies more scientifically, rationally and accurately and to provide direction for the development of non-staff occupations, so as to promote the growth of non-staff workers and the improvement of the overall troop level. To this end, we conduct a survey of their ideological status. The result of the survey is that the non-editorial ideology as a whole is positive and there are some problems at the same time. We must uphold the principle that we should seize the two foundations and create three environments so as to guide the reform and construction that are not actively involved in the hospital.
