当前,专武干部训练的现状是:①路子窄。由军分区一级负责组织实施,这种唯一的训练途经袭用几十年没有发展。②时间短。训练大纲规定,专武干部为60个训练日,完成近10个课目。而在实际训练中,时间往往难以保证。再说,一名专武干部在武装工作岗位上若干年,仅有两个月的训练,显然是不够的。③形式单一。集中培训是专武干部训练中唯一的一种形式,诸如函授、以会代训、在职训练和短期培训等灵活多样的训练样式,至今没有推开。
At present, the status quo of military training by specialists is that: ① the road is narrow. At the military level, the district is responsible for the organization and implementation.
