课堂教学应该以发展学生为本。学生是学习的主人。但目前的课堂教学有许多教师往往按预设的教案施教,过多的走线性教学,展示了自我的教学设计,忽视了学生课堂的动态生成。不能把目光放到学生身上。这是教学的问题所在。教学要关注学生,把目光放在学生身上。一、着眼学生的起点,准确把握新课程标准明确指出:数学教学活动必须建立在学生认知发展水平和已有的知识经验基础上。教师要肯下功夫研究学生学习的内容、方式以及个性特点等。预设好学生在学习新知前已经具有的知识与经验,可能还存在什么问题。在施教过程中时时关注学生已有的起点,这些起点是数学课堂动态生成的基础,
