结合我国公共卫生专项资金管理现状,就专项资金执行进度太慢、挪用专项资金等问题,分析有关单位责任和产生的原因,提出提高专项资金使用效率、保护弱势人群健康的有效措施。
Combined with the status quo of special funds management in public health in our country, we analyze the responsibility and causes of special funds on the implementation progress of special funds and misappropriation of special funds, and put forward effective measures to improve the efficiency of special funds and protect the health of vulnerable groups.
