目的探讨血清肌酸激酶及其同工酶(CK、CK-MB)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的测定在新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病中的应用价值。方法将36例HIE按临床分度分轻中重三组并设正常对照组(28例),分别测定CK、CK-MB、AST、LDH值并进行统计学处理。结果HIE组较对照组4种酶测定值均显著升高(p<0.01),HIE组4种酶测定值随病情加重而升高(p<0.05)。结论心肌酶谱的测定在HIE的治疗中有协助早期诊断、指导治疗及提示预后的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of serum creatine kinase and its isoenzyme (CK, CK-MB), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods Thirty-six HIE patients were divided into three groups according to their clinical scores: normal control group (n = 28), CK, CK-MB, AST and LDH were measured and statistically analyzed. Results The values of 4 enzymes in HIE group were significantly higher than those in control group (p <0.01). The levels of 4 enzymes in HIE group increased with the severity of illness (p <0.05). Conclusions The determination of myocardial enzymes in the treatment of HIE has the value of assisting early diagnosis, guiding treatment and prognosis.
