PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company, a subsidiary of PetroChina Company Limited, is one of China’s largest bases for production of petrochemicals and chemical fiber. With the assets valued at 8.9 billion yuan and a workforce of 9989 employees, the company has nine functional departments, eight factories and seven direct affiliates.
