城市经济体制改革的决定颁布以来,中国的企业开始由单一的封闭的生产型向开放的面对市场的生产经营型转化,向商品经济转化。企业是否能够搞活,直接涉及我国商品经济的充分发展,国家的富强和人民的富裕。显然,这是中国企业发展的一个战略性问题。当前企业搞活问题是引起大家重视的问题。究竟企业如何搞活确实值得探讨。
