Professor Zhang Guansheng is one of the founding members of electrical discipline in China. He is a professor of electrical education and technology, a professor of electrical discipline in Fuzhou University, a doctoral tutor, and a director of the Institute of Electrical Engineering. He is a part-time professor of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Hebei University of Technology.
