使用胀套作为定位夹紧机构,可实现无间隙配合,提高加工零件的精度,特别是零件内外圆同轴度。目前机械加工中常用的胀套多为单锥面和双锥面的。但对于孔径小,孔深较长的零件的加工,这些胀套就不甚适应了。为了解决这一问题,我们设计了锯齿形螺纹锥面胀套。该胀套尤如一付锯齿形螺纹的丝杆与螺母,只需将其作如下改进即可:(1)牙形角由原来的30°改为60°,以提高胀套的径向夹紧分力。(2)丝杆与螺母在牙形间应留有足够的轴向间隙,以便松开时胀套弹性恢复。适当提高顶径的配合精度。
