职业学校的教学,主要是从学生未来就业角度考虑的,我们的一切教学策略,都是以学生将来更快适应岗位需求为基本要求,能够使我们的学生在社会竞争日趋激烈的今天,有更良好的发展。实习是让学生向就业靠近的最好方式,我们能够通过学生的实习环节管理,使其对就业有一个更好的认识。机械制造专业对学生实践能力有很高的要求,因而在当前的教学中,要重视学生的实习教学。
The teaching of vocational schools is mainly based on students ’future employment. All of our teaching strategies are based on the students’ faster adaptation to job requirements in the future. This will enable our students to have more competition in the society today Good development. Internships are the best way to get students closer to employment. We can manage them through internship so that they have a better understanding of employment. Mechanical manufacturing profession has a very high demand on the practical ability of students, so in the current teaching, we should attach importance to students’ teaching practice.
