近些年来,中国已经开始在博物馆的文物展示、文物陈列以及文物保管等多个领域进行了全面研究和分析,同时,我国的博物馆管理和运作体制也被加入到了全面的研究领域当中。在新的历史时期,社会各界对文物以及博物馆的管理都提出了不同的要求,所以要求我国的文物博物馆管理结合当前的历史社会实际情况。在新的历史发展时期,我国的文物博物馆工作也开始面临着新的挑战,博物馆管理工作被提出了新的要求。所以应该对文物博物馆管理体制创新进行重新思考,采取合理管理措施和管理方案。
In recent years, China has begun to conduct a comprehensive study and analysis in various fields such as cultural relics display, cultural relics display and cultural relics preservation. At the same time, China’s museum management and operation system has also been added into the comprehensive research field. In the new historical period, various social circles put forward different requirements on the management of cultural relics and museums. Therefore, it is required that the management of our heritage museum be integrated with the current historical and social reality. In the new period of historical development, the work of our country’s heritage museum has also begun to face new challenges, and museum management has been put forward new requirements. Therefore, we should rethink the innovation of the management system of cultural relics museums and adopt reasonable management measures and management plans.
