熔合线在变形时效以后韧性要发生很大折损,韧性主要折损在以下几方面:焊接热影响;预拉伸变形;人工时效等。 (1)在各项折损中以预拉伸变形折损最大,约占总折损的50%左右。 (2)焊接热折损与焊接线能量有密切关系。焊接线能量太大、太小都会使热折损增大。在最佳线能量时热折损最小。 (3)总折损与线能量的关系与热折损和线能量的关系非常相似。也有一个最佳线能量。 (4)确定最佳焊接线能量是提高时效韧性的重要途径。合理地确定预拉伸变形量才能合理的利用材料。应根据结构的实际情况,正确的规定预拉神变形量。
