在全球化进程中,企业化城市的主要任务转向竭力营造品质化的消费场所,塑造城市独特的文化特性,以吸引本地及外来中产阶级的消费。地方文化是城市保持其独特性的核心,而遗产作为城市文化的载体是极为重要的开发要素。本文以昆山中山堂规划为例,从重塑城市品质文化及文化展示与消费的角度,阐述遗产再开发过程中,如何在当下全球化趋势中,构建城市特色文化体系与品质消费场所,为增强城市凝聚力发挥作用。
In the process of globalization, the main task of an enterprise-oriented city has been to strive to create a quality consumer place and to shape the unique cultural characteristics of the city in order to attract the consumption of local and foreign middle class. Local culture is the core of the city’s uniqueness, and heritage as a carrier of urban culture is an extremely important development factor. Taking the planning of the Zhongshan Church in Kunshan as an example, this article elaborates how to build a cultural system of urban characteristics and places of quality consumption in the current globalization trend from the perspective of reshaping urban quality culture and cultural display and consumption. Urban cohesion plays a role.
