目的:研究观察肺炎Ⅰ号的抗炎作用以及急性毒性反应。方法:采用毛细血管通透性法、大鼠足跖肿胀法及棉球肉芽肿法观察肺炎Ⅰ号对急、慢性炎症的作用;采用最大给药量法了解其急性毒性反应。结果:肺炎Ⅰ号能明显抑制小鼠毛细血管通透性增高、大鼠足跖炎性肿胀和棉球肉芽肿形成;测得本品最大耐受量(MTD)≥640 g·kg-1,相当于临床用药量的256倍。结论:肺炎Ⅰ号具有抗炎作用,其毒性小、安全范围大。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory effects and acute toxicity of pneumonia I. METHODS: The effects of acute bronchitis and chronic inflammation were observed by capillary permeability method, rat paw edema method and cotton ball granuloma method. The maximum dose was used to understand its acute toxicity. RESULTS: Pneumonia I significantly inhibited increased capillary permeability of mice, inflammatory swelling of paws of rats, and formation of granuloma of cotton balls. The maximum tolerable dose (MTD) of this product was ≥640 g·kg-1. It is equivalent to 256 times of the clinical dosage. Conclusion: Pneumonia I has anti-inflammatory effects, and its toxicity is small and its safety range is large.
