人们将光伏产品公认为清洁安全、资源丰富且环境友好类产品,但是它的生产、开发、使用与贸易全过程都伴随不同利益人经济利益分配冲突还有环境效益与经济效益不统一。最近5年内,我国光伏产品屡遭欧美等国的双反危机,光伏企业甚至一度走入绝境。本文深入分析我国光伏产业现状并找出其中存在主要问题,并结合国家有关政策,行业成功经验与其他国家先进管理模式,对于我国光伏产业未来可持续发展提供针对性策略,希望可以为相关产业发展做出一定贡献。
PV products are recognized as clean, safe, resource-rich and environment-friendly products. However, their production, development, use and trade are all accompanied by conflicting economic interests of different stakeholders and environmental and economic benefits are not unified. In the recent five years, China’s photovoltaic products have repeatedly double-anti-crisis in Europe and the United States and other countries, photovoltaic companies even once in desperation. In this paper, the status quo of PV industry in China is analyzed and the main problems are found out. In the light of relevant national policies, successful experiences in the industry and advanced management models in other countries, this paper provides targeted strategies for the future sustainable development of PV industry in the hope of providing relevant industries Make some contribution
