南非共和国是世界上法制较为健全的国家之一,各种行业的法律、政策、程序等均较为规范、详细。联合建设合同委员会(The Joint Building Contracts Commit-tee)2000系列标准合同文件在南非建设领域得到了广泛使用。概括来讲,该系列合同文件由合同范本类、指南类与标准格式类三类文件组成。其中,合同范本类文件包括建设主协议(Principal Building Agreement)、指定/选定分包协议(N/S Subcontract A-greement)和小工程协议(Minor Works Agreement)。指南类文件包括JBCC2000系列文件简明指南,合同价格调整规定之工作包构成和指标权重,
The Republic of South Africa is one of the countries with a relatively sound legal system in the world. The laws, policies and procedures of various industries are more normative and detailed. The 2000 series of standard contract documents of The Joint Building Contracts Commit-tee are widely used in the field of construction in South Africa. In a nutshell, this series of contract documents consists of three types of documents: contract template, guidebook and standard format. Among them, the model contract documents include the Construction Master Agreement, the Designated / Selected Subcontract A-greement and the Minor Works Agreement. Guide class documents include a concise guide to the JBCC2000 series of documents, work package composition and indicator weights for contract price adjustments,
