本文结合笔者经验,试着对基本建设项目中存在的问题进行探讨,并提出了一些相应的对策,即实行经济责任制,进行全成本核算,将奖罚条例引入基建工程的设计、监理和外部审计等环节,建立和健全基建招投标制度等。
