己酮可可碱(Pentoxigylline)是一种外周血管扩张剂,用于改善有周围血管病变的糖尿病人的微循环。如加入到精液中或口服后可使特发性少精子症活力不足的精子增加活力。最近18个月中,笔者对6例神经损伤男子电刺激取得的精液用己酮可可碱兴奋精子活力,并对一些参数进行分析。6例男子中3例为脊髓损伤;2例为非精原细胞睾丸癌腹膜后淋巴结清除术后;1例为神经性阳萎。平均年龄36.5岁。神经损伤引起不射精平均已15年
Pentoxigylline is a peripheral vasodilator used to improve microcirculation in diabetic patients with peripheral vascular lesions. Three of six men were involved in spinal cord injury; two were non-spermatogenic testes after retroperitoneal lymph node dissection; and one was neurogenic impotence.
