明代散曲家史立模,字季宏,号雁峰,浙江余姚人。其卒年及家世,似未见有学者论及。作者查阅大量资料,辨析了曾担任太仆寺少卿的史雁峰乃史际,与史立模并非同一人。结合方志所述,考证出史立模当卒于嘉靖十七年(1538年)。家世方面,史立模乃汉溧阳侯后裔,与史际乃同宗。其哲嗣史自上,字体德,别号继峰,与明代戏曲家张凤翼友善。
