目的优选丹参饮中脂溶性成分超临界CO_2提取的最佳工艺条件。方法以丹参饮超临界CO_2提取物中乙酸龙脑酯、隐丹参酮、丹参酮ⅡA的含量为指标,采取U_5(5~3)均匀设计实验方案,考察提取压力、提取温度、提取时间3个因素对提取工艺的影响。结果优选工艺为提取压力30 MPa、提取温度45℃、提取时间2.5 h。在此条件下,提取物中乙酸龙脑酯、隐丹参酮、丹参酮ⅡA含量的综合评分为91.93。结论该工艺具有萃取率高、速度快、操作简单等优点,可用于丹参饮中脂溶性成分的提取。
Objective To optimize the optimum conditions for the extraction of fat-soluble ingredients in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge by supercritical CO_2. Methods U5 (5 ~ 3) was used to design the experimental protocol with the content of acesulfame acetate, cryptotanshinone and tanshinone ⅡA in the supercritical CO_2 extract of Danshenfeiben as an index. The effects of extraction pressure, extraction temperature and extraction time on Extraction process impact. Results The optimum process was extraction pressure 30 MPa, extraction temperature 45 ℃, extraction time 2.5 h. Under this condition, the comprehensive score of the contents of anabanella acetate, cryptotanshinone and tanshinone IIA in the extract was 91.93. Conclusion The process has the advantages of high extraction rate, fast speed, simple operation, etc. It can be used for the extraction of lipophilic components in Salvia miltiorrhiza drink.
