实验采用雌性大鼠经口染毒杀虫剂,分两批实验:一批用日容许剂量()分:1、10和100三个剂量组。另一批按总环境最高容许浓度,每日染毒剂量()分:1、10、50和100四个剂量组。染毒用杀虫剂包括:林丹(=0.01mg/kg,=0.4416mg/kg),甲基对硫磷(=0.001 mg/kg)和苄氯菊酯(=0.03mg/kg)全部实验共用120只雌性大鼠和1446只新生大鼠。光镜、电镜检查杀虫剂对实质脏器的病理效应;气-液色谱法测定
