人造金刚石微粉质量检查,通常采用简单的灼烧试样残渣法,此法只能测杂质氧化物总量。在目前金刚石处理样品困难和现有设备条件下,我们采用发射光谱固体粉末法分析,并配制了一套适合不同种类金刚石微粉分析标样(不同触媒生产的金刚石内含杂质元素不一,此标样可通用)。并在方法、条件选择上作了些探讨,能较精确地测出十几种杂质元素的含量,也可得出它们的氧化物总量用以和技术规范比较。本法相对标准偏差10%左右,可满足科研和生产要求。
