自1982年至1987年,作者施输卵管银夹绝育术2900例,于1986年进行了随访,现将结果报告如下。临床资料一般资料本组最小年龄21岁,最大45岁,20～30岁203例,31～40岁128例,41～45岁69例。生育2胎者288例,3胎者91例,4胎者21例。手术步骤普鲁卡因局麻,常规切开腹膜,用吊钩提出输卵管,用两把鼠齿钳分别提起并暴露输卵管峡部,在两鼠齿钳间的输卵管峡部夹一钳痕,再将银夹套夹在钳痕上,将输卵管横径全入银夹的臂内。术后随访术后满5年者140例,满4年者124例,
