现代饭店的建筑设计和布局,逐渐变的多元且富有张力。在本次策划中,我们接触到了众多不用风格饭店的经营者,其饭店建筑风格与经营理念的时代感强烈而清晰。在涉及到对自身饭店设计理念的把握时,几乎得到了同样的回答,即:追求一种独特的企业文化理念,建立自己的独特的风格。不趋于主流也不极端另类,是一种完全合乎市场经济规律、迎合环境文化底蕴、具有创造性、前瞻性的大胆尝试。
