一、蚕沙中类葫蘿蔔素經紙上层析法共分离到七种色素其順序由上而下是葫蘿蔔素、β—葫蘿蔔素、γ—葫蘿蔔素、隐叶黄素、叶黄素Ⅰ、叶黄素Ⅱ及一未知物、测定了各种色素的吸收极大。二、蚕沙中类葫蘿蔔素含143.35—151.208mg%其中葫蘿蔔素占19.98—21.36%。葫蘿蔔素中;β—葫蘿蔔素含51.99%,—葫蘿蔔素38.14%,γ—葫蘿蔔素8.86%,β—葫蘿蔔素中的立体异构物的比率新—β—葫蘿蔔素B含25.4%,全反式—β—葫蘿蔔素69.07%,新—β葫蘿蔔素U5.54%. 三、用石月毓段一甲醉将葫蕊荀弓并含晶井测S}其融点,a一葫藕葡素为立方形桔晶,融点1810G,只一葫藕荀素融点184-188’0 r--葫澈荀素不稳定。a-葫藕萄素的立体异构物的桔晶形伏亦进行了观察,新一a一葫慕葡素B为披计形,:全反式口一葫粟葡素为六边形片抉,新一口一葫蔽萄素U为不定形的婿粒o四、蚕沙葫奈萄素抽泥举为g9.Bme%,可制成油酬,含量5000国际单位/毫升,保存于花生汕中9个月其效价仍达92-95%0
